One Perfect Day

You all have probably heard on the news that your government is finally admitting that Terrorist are coming cross our borders, especially the southern border.

We've been telling people about this for over two years and have been called nuts, screw balls and extremists for our work. So it is nice to see the government confirm what we have been telling you about. Guess they now are part of us nuts & screwballs.

Unfortunately, your politicians fail to tell you the whole story. Sure you have heard about the OTM’s (Other Than Mexican’s). Bye the way, OTM’s being caught has increased by 53% this year.

But have you heard about the SIA’s?


These are Special Interest Aliens. These individuals are whisked away by federal agents to undisclosed locations when found coming over the borders. There is no reporting of the number or what happens to these individuals. In short, the SIA’s are the Terrorists caught crossing our borders.

The other thing you have not been told is the every increasing chatter about “The Perfect Day”. This is a plan by various sleeper cells in the USA to coordinate acts of destruction in conjunction with a major terrorist event.

For example, let’s say a major Al Qaeda event is planned to take down Sears Tower in Chicago on 1st of next month. Many small groups of terrorist scattered around the USA would launch operations such as blowing up ferries in Washington state: hitting subway systems in Boston; destroying levee’s in New Orleans; a car bomb at LAX and terrorist activities in many other cities.

Can you imagine the effect of such a “Perfect Day”?

I'm sure Harry Reid and Nancy have their White Flags ready to immediately surrender.

Why do the media and our government "try to protect us” from the real dangers such as the SIA’s, The Perfect Day, and pictures of Americans jumping from the twin towers on 9/11? (see pictures at www.mmlv.us under Patton?

The reason they don’t tell US citizens about these threats is that once this becomes common knowledge there wouldn’t be 70% of us demanding closed borders ….it would be 94% of us. It would not be 100% as there are at least 6% of Liberal wacko’s and communists that want to see America fall.

Unfortunately, the Bush administration says it is not of matter of will we get hit again, it is just a question of when.

Let’s say you have a take home pay of $3000.00 per month.
Your mortgage is $1500. Food for your family is $500. Your car payment and insurance is $500. You spend the balance of $500 on entertainment, clothes, etc.

Now your Mother-in Law (Senator) comes to you and tells you that you must spend $300 on her utility bills and $200 on a project for her art class. These are “earmarks”

These expenses were not in your budget and cause the same ciaos as earmarks do for the national budget. You are faced with cutting the amount you spend on things you need or you have to make more money.

In the example I used at least the money you give to your Mother-in-Law is at least going to pay for something tangible…her utilities. Much different than your Senators.

Take Senator Nelson from Nebraska. He earmarked millions for a company in Nebraska where his son has a major position. The company is allegedly doing military research for a new technology. The only problem is the military did not request the research nor does it believe it is a viable technology.

I’m sure the military would like to have these millions to spend on proven technology to protect or assist our troops.

Bottom line: Earmarks override the judgment of the heads of our agencies and puts the spending decisions in the hands of the politicians and their cronies. There are many similar earmarks by other Senators and Congressmen. Remember the "Bridge to Nowhere"?

Here are a few examples of actual earmarks. Remember there are over $64 Billion of earmarks in the budget.

$13.5 million for the International Fund for Ireland
$100,000 for Richard Steele Boxing Club (Harry Reid)
$50 million for an indoor rainforest in Iowa
$200,000 for a peanut festival in Alabama
$200 million for the “bridge to nowhere” in Alaska

These earmarks channel billions of dollars into worthless projects. They shortchange vitally important national priorities. The office of Naval research gets $2.37 billion, but $590 million goes to earmarks. That is approximately 25% of the budget goes for earmarks.

Now….what does earmarks have to do with stopping the Illegal Invasion?

The main reason our immigration laws are not enforced is that your representatives don’t give a damn about you except when they need your vote. Once they’re elected they’re off to the Corruption Feeding trough.

We covered several components of the Corruption Feeding Trough previously.
Family members pulling unearned salaries from campaign funds; Family members lobbying dear old Dad; and excessive family travel paid for by you.

But the biggest hunks of pork in the trough are the earmarks. This is where they get the major of their quasi-legal dollars. These perks allow them to go in to office poor (like our good friend Harry Reid) and make millions for their families, friends and themselves.

The point of this discussion, they don’t care about you, me or our nation because they're spending so much time capturing sources of money to line their pockets. You’re just an inconvenience they have to deal with every few years.

So if La Raza, Mencha, or one of the other racist open borders group has money up for grabs, guess who your dear Senator or Congressman is going to support? Amnesty is up for grabs to the highest bidder.

There is only one thing most politicians fear...being cut off from the corruption trough. How do you do this? Throw him out of office.

This means we need to bring attention to them by shining light on their corruption schemes. When we shine the light on them, they scurry like a bunch of cockroaches and may in fact do the right thing for fear of losing access to the corruption feeding trough.

How to Stop Earmarks!

1. Line Item Veto:
Let the President veto specific appropriations. This would go a long way to stopping earmark abuse....but a crooked President could still let them survive.

2. Impound Appropriations:
Give the President the power not to sign a check for earmarks that are nonsense. The president used to posses this power, it's time to return this power to him.

Background

Tens of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars soon could be flowing into La Raza an organization that advocates for civil rights for Hispanics and has connections to groups that advocate the separation of several southwestern states from the rest of the nation.

The proposal has been made by U.S. Rep Ruben Hinojosa, and it would give the organization that describes itself as "the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States – [working] to improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans" $5 million annually starting in 2008, with the funding to double the next year and then continue at that level "for each fiscal year thereafter."

La Raza was condemned last year by Rep. Charles Norwood, R-Ga., as a radical "pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland."

Norwood has called on La Raza to renounce its support of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan – which sees "The Race" as part of an ethnic group that one day will reclaim Aztlan, the mythical birthplace of the Aztecs. In Chicano folklore, Aztlan includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas.

The new plan, H.R. 1999, was introduced in April and already has been referred to a committee for action.

The legislation specifically authorizes money "for assistance for the National Council of La Raza and the Raza Development Fund."

"This Act may be cited as the 'Hope Fund Act of 2007,'" the legislation said. It calls for the money to be used for "community development" as well as "affordable housing" for neighborhoods "of Hispanic origin."

The organization's latest available financial report confirms that it already gets $5 million a year in federal grants, and nearly another $14 million a year in other grants, making up a majority of its $30 million annual budget. The future $10 million annual grants would provide a substantial boost to its budget.

The legislation allows the money to be spent by the National Council of La Raza or its development fund and leaves the door open for funding "such other activities as may be determined by the Secretary and the National Council of La Raza."

One of the founders of the La Raza concept was Jose Angel Gutierrez, a professor whose current projects include, "A Chicano Manual on How to Handle Gringos," and "Chicano Leadership: Local Elected Officials in Texas, 1950-2000."

He helped found the Mexican American Youth Organization and La Raza Unida Party, and has told reporters that, "Our devil has pale skin and blue eyes," and, "We're a new Mestizo nation."

We warned you that our defeat of the Amnesty did mean an end to the war. It made us feel good to get a win, but the maggots were ready to take their revenge.

You've got to hand it to Kennedy and his loyal band of American haters. What they could not do in one bill they are going to achieve in individual chunks. Like they say, "How do you eat an Elephant....one bite at a time".

Yesterday, Kennedy, ALL Democratic Senators, and 17 Republicans voted to pass H.R. 976, a bill to amend the social Security Act to authorize the State Children's Health Insurance Program. AKA, the SCHIP Amendment.

This amendment is the first significant step to socialized medicine. That is bad enough.

But what makes this legislation an OUTRAGE is the fact that they voted down an amendment to preclude Illegal Aliens from Free medical services.

Your illustrative Senators decided to give illegals food stamps, housing, and free medical care while cutting medicare benefits for senior who are American citizens.

Their bills, still will have to go to the joint conference to finalize. Both houses are willing to double your tax expenditure, to somewhere in the vicinity of 60 or 80 MILLION. These bills put more than 3 million more children (and their families) on the program, even if they already have insurance and their parents make 300-400% over poverty level for a family of four.

The majority of illegal families have four or more children and will be covered if this bill passes in the joint conference.

We must ring the phones of the hook over this. The uproar should be as great as the Amnesty bill. The same legislators are working hard to, one step at a time, get for the illegals what they will not do for citizens.

Here are the 17 Republican Traitors and of course every single Democrat. What every happened to those supposed "Blue Dog" Democrats who ran on closing the borders and denying benefits to Aliens.

I had hoped with the last election when most Democrats ran as more conservative than their Republican foe, that a few would actually vote on the principals they expressed in their campaign. I actually said we should vote for the person who would vote to stop the Illegal Invasion regardless of party.

But alas, I was wrong. Those of you who told me these guys were a shame, were right. Seems they have no backbone and the extreme Kennedy liberals already have their hooks into them.

This means we American citizens are in grave danger. Our nation is lost if we vote in Democrats, yet we have so many rotten Republicans that we are between a rock and a hard spot.

Our only hope is to throw out ANY Politician who does not pledge to cut off funds to Illegal Aliens in the primary and replace them with strong people who care about our country.

I know its a long shot, but we have to find some strong patriots to help us save our country.

Your Imperial Government

We all know that many Congressmen and Senators were hishonest. I just never knew how blatant and open they were about it.

In fact if they "steal" so much out in the open, can you imagine the amount they take under the table?

Here are three of the ways they "Rip Us Off" right out in plain sight:

1. Pay unqualified family member with the campaign funds they collect from us.

2. Have their family members hired as lobbyist to lobby them.

3. Take their family on full paid trips all over the world paid for my lobbyists and front groups.

These crooked politicians truly believe they are the Imperial Government.

In the last newsletter, I told you that 20% of the Senators have family employed by lobbyist to lobby dear old dad. Harry Reid holds the record of having 3 sons, one son-in-law making their living off of talking to dad. Harry even let them have full access to his Senate office for their lobbying work

Well guess how much these guys spend on travel.....over $5 million was spent by "private" organizations and special interest groups (lobbyists) on travel for the 109th Congress. This level of spending has been relative consistent for the past six years.

Doesn't this sound like an Imperial Government that loves to grab the goodies?

So you're probably asking, why are we discussing this when we are a group that was organized to fight the Illegal Invasion? Good question.

When I got involved in this movement a few years ago I asked myself....

Why are the Republicans/conservatives in favor of open borders? That lead to interesting revelations. After all no sane person (even a crazy leftist) would leave our borders open after 9/11.

The research discovered these politicians are not insane, rather they are "crazy like a fox". They are selling out America for their personal financial gain. They don't give a damn about you or I, they only care about becoming filthy wealth. Not rich...obscenely wealthy.

Guess they think they will have enough money to protect them from the diseases and economic havoc that the Illegals are bring to our shores. Reminds me of the Russian elite who were oblivious to the communist before the Russian revolution.

Guys like Arlene Spector, who is already working on a new amnesty bill for next year. Kennedy who is introducing amendments to create pieces to promote amnesty or stop enforcement. (see story below)

We must keep up the pressure. I know it is unfair that we have to fight these criminals when we have no money, while the Senate is going to give La Raza $5 million of our money to fight us.

Senators or Criminals

As I sit here in the hospital with my father (95 yrs young) I can not help but reflect on the America he knew. Dad wain WWII serving in North Africa supporting Patton's move into Italy.

How many good men like my dad gave their lives for America? Do you think they fought to preserve America for the La Raza racists and their comrades such as "The swimmer" Kennedy, "Manchurian Candidate" McCain, "Let'em In" Lott and Lindsey "I Love Racists" graham?

I think not! In fact my dad just shakes his head in disgust when he watches TV and sees what has happened to his country.

It is sad and we all should be ashamed that we have allowed our country to be denigrated by the parasites we have elected to the Senate. Some people call them Elites, but they think they are the Imperial Government.

What a shameful bunch! If they were businessmen they would be indicted for white collar crimes of bribery and unfair dealing.

Question: How many of our Senators have their wife, son, or brother pulling down large sums of money from lobbyist so they can "lobby dear old dad"?

Answer: One fifth of the Senate (20)...that we know of.

The son of Dennis Hastert, former Speaker of the house, closed his record store and headed to the Hill to become a lobbyist with no previous experience. His first client..Goggle. He told the New York Times, "I realized that doing consulting and government relations on the Hill took up a lot less time than running a record store and brought in a lot more money." Of course this transition works when you have a dad in high places.

Doesn't this sound like an Imperial Government that passes out the goodies to their own?

Sure many good American citizens and a few honorable Senators defeated the Amnesty bill, but now the usual suspects are working hard to slip amnesty provisions in various appropriation bills.

We must keep up the pressure. I know it is unfair that we have to fight these bastards over every piece of legislation, but this is a sleazy, nasty, dishonest bunch of people.

First we must punish the Senate Traitors like Lindsey Graham, Chuck Hagel, Trent Lott, John Kyl and John “Kennedy” McCain. Never forget those who wanted to sell out our nation, because they are still hard at work pushing visa waivers; dishonest trade treaties and the North American Union to try to weaken America.

Second we need to band together to push for the enforcement of our existing laws.

Divide to Conquer

For centuries men have waged war to obtain the wealth of others.

In the old days they waged war by physical confrontation-- one warrior against another. War was so important they developed schools to study the "art" of war.

You have probably heard the terms: Splitting the enemy lines: out flanking the enemy; etc., this allows the commanders to force their opponents to fight on two fronts.

In essence, all of these tactics boil down to the tactic of "Divide and Conquer".

In the past, the politicians supported or opposed the military depending on how much of the booty they would receive for their support. This is not a new concept; it existed before the Roman Empire.

With the advent of the cold war and less conflicts which produced a clear winners (ie captured wealth), the politicians have turned the military tactics against citizens of their own countries.

They have perfected the “Divide and Conquer” of we, the American citizens. Of course, you and I have played into the hands of these master puppeteers. Lenin referred to people like us as “useful idiots”.

We get all involved in who is worst for the country…the Republican or the Democrat.

In fact, neither party serves the interest of the average American. Both parties look more and more like the same entity. I don’t know about you, but it is very hard for me to tell the difference.

They have rigged the game so there is no chance of making a change as the Republicans and the Democrats split the American vote.

This means that both parties simply need to appeal to fringe groups to win an election and neither group cares about what we think.

The politicians have knowingly or unknowingly “Divided” the American vote which has resulted in a disenfranchising 80-90% of traditional American citizen. They no longer care what we think because they have neutralized our vote.

We have been looking at the issue of voting in a strange way. There are crazy fringe groups on the left and the right. Take these nuts out and you have 75-80% of the population who are basic loyal citizens who want the best for America, regardless of their party.

That is why you see polls were 80% of Americans want our borders closed to illegal aliens. Over 80% want English as the official language of the U.S.A and want the policy of Anchor Babies ended.

What would happen if all of these sane American’s would vote for a candidate who would secure our borders….that person would win by a landslide.

If only life were so simple. But the reality is that to many people vote for a party rather than for a righteous candidate.

My fear is that it may be too late for us to convince the Republican’s and Democrat’s to act on what we care about. We have to learn to vote for the right person regardless of party affiliation, be they a Republican, Democrat, or an Independent.

Oh well, maybe it’s just easier to kick back, open a beer and watch a good sitcom. Working to save the country is such tough work—you know.

Thank God there were no TV’s and sitcom’s when George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were forming this country. If there had been, we probably would still be British subjects pledging allegiance to King George…...Wait a minute… Maybe that is what we are doing anyway.

$3 Billion for Border Security

The senate passed $3,000,000 funding for Border Security

Now it has to go to the House....call & email congressmen now to support the border security.

Senate passed $3,000,000,000 funding for Border Security , for employment eligibility verification improvements, for increased removal and detention of visa overstays, criminal aliens, aliens who have illegally reentered the United States, and for reimbursement of State and local section 287(g) expenses.

Hiring 500 more Customs & Border Protection (CBP) officers per year (FY08-12), 1200 more Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents per year, 200 investigators to combat aliens smuggling, 50 Deputy U.S. Marshals;

· 23,000 Border Patrol agents hired, trained, and reporting for duty;

· 4 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles & 105 ground-based radar and camera towers;

· 300 miles of vehicle barriers & 700 miles of border fencing;

· A permanent end to the “catch-and-release” policy with 45,000 detention beds;

· Operational control over 100% of the U.S.-Mexico land border;

· To allow DHS to present a photo electronically to an employer so that the employer may confirm the identity of the individual when he presents ID;

· To require mandatory detention of aliens who overstay their visa by 60 days;

· To increase penalties for illegal entrants who are criminals of those who reentered after a deportation; and

· To reimburse local governments who choose to cooperation with ICE in enforcing the immigration laws (INA 287g).

Importantly, the amendment also includes a provision drafted by U.S. Sen. John Cornyn to allow this money to be used for enforcing America’s immigration laws, including electronic employment verification improvements and the increased removal and detention of visa overstays.

" We need to restore the confidence of the American people that the federal government is committed to enforcing our immigration laws. This funding will not only put more boots on the ground at our borders but it will also provide additional resources for law enforcement to remove dangerous felons who are here illegally. This is an important, bipartisan step forward to strengthening America’s security. I’m pleased my colleagues in both parties agreed to this important amendment.” Sen. John Cornyn

It’s a start.....Now you need to call congress to push this along.

Can Business Owners Demand English to be Spoken?

Is it possible???...business owners can require English!

Reps. Cliff Stearns (R-FL) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) are planning to offer an amendment to the Commerce, Justice, and Science appropriations bill in the House this week that would block the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from suing , using taxpayer funds, business owners who require employees to speak English on the job.

The amendment is virtually identical to an amendment Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN) added to the Commerce, Justice and Science appropriations bill in the Senate on June 28 by a vote of 15-14. This means that if the Stearns-Blackburn amendment passes, we may have a chance to see relief for business owners to have the right to require English at the work place without fear of being sued.

What has happened to our country? Why is it even necessary to require such an amendment?

We need to make English our official language and this is another step toward insuring that our country isn't divided by language barriers. This nonsense must be stopped.

Penalties for Employing Illegals

Penalties exist to punish employers of illegals

There are civil and criminal penalties for hiring illegal aliens which are already on the books. Therefore, it is quite funny that there is such a current push for NEW laws. The old laws would work well if just someone would enforce the current laws.

Sec. 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it unlawful for any person knowingly to hire, recruit or refer for a fee any alien not authorized to work. An employer that violates these laws can face penalties of:

• First Offense: $250 to $2,000 fine for each unauthorized individual;

• Second Offense: $2,000 to $5,000 for each employee if the employer has previously been in violation; or

• Third Offense: $3,000 to $10,000 for each illegally employed worker if the employer was subject to more than one cease and desist order.

• Multiple Offenses: Subject an employer to criminal penalties. An employer who engages in a pattern or practice of violating the law is subject to a criminal fine of not more than $3,000 for each illegally employed worker and/or imprisonment for not more than six months.

The employer could also be fined $100 to $1,000 for each individual “paperwork” violation.

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

RICO -- Citizen Recourse The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, AND CAN INCLUDE NONPROFIT ASSOCIATIONS.

Encouraging and Harboring Illegal Aliens Conspiracy to commit crimes of sheltering, harboring, or employing illegal aliens is a separate federal offense punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 or five years' imprisonment.

Recruitment and Employment of Illegal Aliens Any vehicle used to transport or harbor illegal aliens, or used as a substantial part of an activity that encourages illegal aliens to come to or reside in the U.S. may be seized by an immigration officer and is subject to forfeiture. The forfeiture power covers any conveyances used within the U.S.

Illegal Means Illegal

Illegal Alien does not mean Mexican, Latino, or Hispanic. There are many American-Latino’s that have followed the laws of our country and who have come to this country the right way. They are welcome.

An Illegal Alien is one who comes across our borders without bothering to do so in a legal manner. These individuals are not welcome; be they from Russia, Armenia, India, China, Cambodia, Mexico, Iran, or any other nation.

American’s come in all shapes, sizes, and colors; there is only one key element that all true American possesses. They put the USA above all other countries. We all can be proud of our heritage, but when the rubber meets the road --- America comes first.

This is a call for all American’s; White, Black, or Brown. The time has come my fellow American’s to take back our country. Place America first, do not let those who would divide us prevail. Unite to displace all who are abusing our country.
